More brandraising fun than you can shake a stick at!

My first book, “Brandraising: How Nonprofits Raise Visibility and Money Through Smart Communications” came out about a year ago, so it seems like a good time to celebrate its first birthday by doing something fun.

We batted around the idea of “Brandraising: The Musical”, but figured if we couldn’t do the staging with the full glory of, say, “Spiderman” (on Broadway) then really, what’s the point?

Instead, We’re offering a three-part webinar series on Brandraising.

The series includes:

February 22: Brandraising: Getting started, and messaging

March 1: Brandraising: Visual work through a strategic lens

March 8: Brandraising: Digging out of the trenches of daily communications

Over these three webinars you’ll learn how all of your nonprofit’s communications fit together, how to set a communications strategy, what branding really means for a nonprofit, and how to tackle creating a strong messaging platform, a new visual identity, or developing an effective communications plan. What could be more fun than that?

You can register for them separately for $30 each (that price is per log-in- but feel free to watch them with colleagues sitting by the fire or, rather, in the conference room).  If you sign up for all three, we’ll send you a free copy of the book to boot (a $35 value).

Also, whether you take the series or not, I hope you’ll try out our free brandraising scorecard. You can use it to assess your organization’s organizational, identity and experiential-level communications (and learn what those terms mean, if they’re new to you). You might even use them to spark conversation about how to fundraise, conduct outreach and advocate even better in 2011 and beyond.

Hope to see you there.
