March Madness

Big Duck Intern

Pop quiz! “March Madness” refers to:

a) The NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Championship held each spring
b) The pinnacle of the European hare’s breeding season
c) A particularly exciting time at Big Duck, featuring workshops and presentations on both coasts of the country and online (!)

All of the above are technically correct, but today, we’re focusing exclusively on what March Madness means in the context of Big Duck:

March Madness: noun. a series of workshops, led by some of Big Duck’s finest, over the course of late March and into April.

First, on Thursday, March 22, Big Duck Strategist Rachel Hope Allison will demystify the basics of multichannel fundraising in the next installment of our Bagels at Big Duck series. This two-hour workshop will explore how to effectively carry your brand’s story across different platforms. Space is limited, so register today.

If you were unable to make it down to the office for Social Media for Nonprofit CEOs workshop last month, don’t fret: On Wednesday, March 28, from 2:00-3:30 p.m. EST, Big Duck VP Farra Trompeter will lead a high-level webinar on all things social media, from staffing and budgeting to policy development and personal branding. Sign up now.

It’s a well-known fact that birds fly south for the winter. A lesser-known tidbit is the tendency of Ducks to head west in early April for NTEN’s Nonprofit Technology Conference. Join Farra, Paul Paz y Mi
